Background

Richard, the “father” of the Father-Daughter law firm, has been an attorney for 30 years. As an attorney, he drafted his first client estate plan in 1994 and has focused his practice almost exclusively in the areas of Estate Planning, Trust Administration and Probate since 1999. He is extremely knowledgeable and is capable of crafting complex estate plans but is also very good at creating practical solutions that are understandable and flexible for his clients.

Christina, the “daughter” of the Father-Daughter firm, has been practicing in the areas of Estate Planning, Trust Administration, and Probate since her admission to the bar in 2010. She finds great fulfillment in her work and strives to make Estate Planning, Trust Administration, and Probate understandable and manageable for her clients.

In her personal life, Christina is married, has two rambunctious boys, and one crazy cat. She is an avid reader, volleyball player, and puzzle aficionado.

Background

Layne, Richard’s Son-in-law and Christina’s Brother-in-law, has been practicing in the areas of Estate Planning, Trust Administration, and Probate since his admission to the bar in 2025. He enjoys working with clients to further their understanding of Estate Planning and how it can be tailored to their needs and in making customized plans that are as beneficial as possible for his clients.

In his personal life, Layne is married, has one ultra-curious daughter, two energetic dogs and a lazy cat. He is interested in any topic via a podcast, is a continuous reader, frequents LA fitness (feel free to stop him and say “hi!”), and is an assistant Lego assembler for his wife.
